My name is Master Sky Han and I am the owner, operator, and Master instructor of the martial art school known as SKY HAIDONG GUMDO. I invite you to join us in cultivating the spirit of the 'way of the Korean sword' through the art of HAIDONG GUMDO.

Haidong Gumdo is an Korean sword martial art presenting the discipline of 'the way of the sword'. Haidong Gumdo embodies the spirit and skill of Korea's martial art tradition by developing the artistic, as well as the physical skills of traditional swordsmanship. The discipline of Haidong Gumdo requires both physical and mental exercises that can be accomplished and enjoyed by men and women of all ages.

The training, practice, and discipline of HAIDONG GUMDO will help every individual in the following ways:
* Increased level of concentration and confidence.
* Improved self-control while releasing and lowering personal stresses.
* Increased overall fitness by exercising the whole body.
* Improved muscle endurance, reaction time and sense of balance.
* Greater control of mind, body and spirit through the combination of disciplined breathing exercises, guided meditation and physical training.
